Why Use Nelson Watson Solid Wood Flooring Transition Moldings
1) Solid Wood. All my Transition Moldings are milled from solid wood. No composites from this former flooring contractor.
2) Serviceability. Common applications include use as a tile to wood floor transition, a carpet to tile transition and a vinyl to laminate transition. Some other applications include use as a wood to wood flooring transition, wood to vinyl transition and a carpet to wood floor transition trim. Most of the Nelson Watson Solid Wood Flooring Transition Moldings have a ½″ inset (relief) which is ideal as a floating floor transition trim piece. I offer wood Reducers that transcend flooring height differences that range from 1/8″ to 7/8″.
3) Durability. I installed some of my Transition Moldings in my house over 20 years ago. The polyurethane may have lost a little of its luster but the transition moldings are still solid with no splits, dings or wear issues.
4) Personal Touch. You will talk to me when calling to place an order or ask questions. You may get the answering machine at times but I will promptly return your call.
5) Quality. All Transition Moldings are hand sanded and free of defects. You will receive a fully usable and ready to finish product.
6) Service. Your order is usually shipped within three – five business days of placing your order. I also offer free transition moldings to help offset the cost of shipping & handling charges.
7) Experience. Formerly a flooring contractor, I designed most of the transition moldings that I offer today. I can recommend the proper Transition Molding for your specific project.
8) Longevity. I first sold my Transition Moldings to the public in 1988.
9) Affordability. My transition moldings are competitively priced. I also offer everyday discounts (free moldings) on package purchases
